He writes stories rooted in the real streets of South Texas — blending horror, folklore, and barrio life into fiction that refuses to stay quiet.
When he's not teaching Animation, Digital Media, and Architecture courses, Victor builds projects through LearningWithMendoza.com, offering lesson plans for Texas teachers and running After 5 Learning to help adults master Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
